After the attack I spoke to various audiences all around the world about what happened to me and the financial rewards my assailants receive. I was happy to do that. It gave me a purpose. But by recounting the trauma it stunted my mental health. It was time to speak not about what happened, but about learning to deal with what happened. Mental health awareness is important. Getting therapy and shifting topics really began to help me heal. I now speak about post traumatic growth, healing through humor, and how a change of mindset can improve the quality of life. I would love to speak with you. I’m available for lectures (online or on the ground), seminars, one-to-one, or as a keynote speaker at your event. Drop me a line at talhartuv18@gmail.com
